Are my Professionals Painters trained and experienced?

We hold our Painters to the highest standards. We select Painters based on the quality of their work, prior references, and experience.

Our Painters are fully insured and background checked. In addition each Painter has a minimum of five years of interior painting experience.

What does my final price include?

The final price provided by us includes the cost of labor and any applicable tax. Our Painters will bring their own supplies to the job. If you have elected to have us provide the paint, the final price will also include the paint cost.

How much time in advance is needed to book a paint job?

Our availability fluctuates from day to day, but we aim to be as flexible as possible. We can begin a job 3-5 days from the date of the booking. This leaves us some time to coordinate insurance, assign a Painter to the job, and if requested order and bring your paint.

Do you provide any repair work?

Our Painters perform basic prep work before painting your walls. Additionally, our Painters can patch holes smaller than a quarter and small cracks.

Large repair jobs will be more expensive as they require more time and additional supplies. If you have a job that requires repairs beyond the above described, contact us to receive a quote for the additional work. Please note that although we do provide repair work we are unable to perform installations and removals of large items.

How do I pay for the Paint Job?

We accept all major credit cards. Upon booking, you will be charged a refundable(if paint has not been ordered) 20% deposit to lock in your selected date, 40% will be charged on the day we start painting and the balance of 40% will be charged after we complete the job.

All payments are processed through our secure, SLL-Encrypted maximum security system.

What should I expect from Painters on the day of my job?

Our Painters will arrive between 9:00am – 10:00am on the date of your job, fully equipped. If you have ordered paint thorough us then they will bring the paint with them. The Painters will complete all items listed on the work order. You can expect a full clean-up from the Painters before they leave your home.

Do I need to move my furniture?

We ask you to move that all breakable/valuable items including electronics and wall hangings prior to arrival. Painters will also help to move other furniture under your supervision and will provide drop cloths, plastic and other materials to protect floors and furniture.

What if I want to make a last minute addition to my job?

No problem. Call us at (866) 206-4486 if you want to make a modification to your work order. We will inform your assigned Painters of the change and communicate any additional charges with you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask that you please provide us with at least 48 hours notice before a cancellation or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

What’s your refund policy?

Because painting is a subjective service, we cannot offer refunds. However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that we will continue to work on the job until you are 100% pleased with the outcome. If our Painter missed anything, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it free of charge.

What type of paint finish should I use on each surface?

Matte Finish

Whether called flat finish or wall paint, this type of interior paint has a matte surface. This paint finish is usually used on interior walls.

Flat Enamel

Flat enamel is a paint with durable flat, matte finish. It's a good choice for powder rooms and halls, as it holds up to occasional cleaning.

Eggshell Finish

If you can picture the very low sheen of the shell of an egg, you have an idea of how an eggshell paint finish will appear. With only a slight hint of shine or gloss, it's good for walls and holds up better with cleaning than a flat finish paint.

Satin Finish

Satin finish paint has a smooth, velvety look with a bit more gloss. It is most often used for windows, doors, trim, or ceilings, but can also be used as wall paint.

Semi-Gloss

Semi-gloss paint is most often used on doors, trim, and cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms.

Glossy

High gloss paints have an almost reflective quality, as their shiny finish mimics the look of enamel or plastic. Though not widely used in home interiors, it is becoming more popular for a dramatic look on cabinet and trim.
